RoAssistant is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Subscription Plans: RoAssistant offers a paid subscription tier, which provides increased prompt limits and other premium features.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that time.
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service, unused prompts, or any other reason after payment has been processed.
Free Trial Period: If we offer a free trial, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Once the trial period expires and payment is processed, our no-refund policy applies.
Prohibited Conduct: Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or refund request through your payment provider is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Account Termination: Any attempt to obtain an unauthorized refund or chargeback will result in immediate and permanent termination of your RoAssistant account, forfeiture of all access to our services, and potential legal action to recover costs and damages.
Dispute Resolution: If you have concerns about a charge, contact us through our Discord server before initiating any payment dispute. We're here to help resolve legitimate billing issues.
